He has been working as an associate professor in Marathi since 1990. He had worked as an officiating principal of our college. He was the president of the Marathi Teachers Council of RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur and Gondwana University, Gadchiroli. He has authored two books, Watchaal, and Dr Harishchandra Borkar and Viveksindhu.
