A rice mill is a food processing plant that converts paddy into rice for sale in the market. The Gondia District is famous for the production of paddy, and therefore various rice mills are situated in nearby areas of the institute, and the business of rice export has been in demand in the area. The commerce department’s goal is to teach students about rice production and commerce, thus they went to Ganesh Agro Private Ltd. in Tawsi/Khurd. Mr. Bhavesh Bhutda, the mill’s owner, and engineer Shri. Tarone were present during this tour and provided thorough information on the mill’s production and rice marketing. Dr. Ishwar Mohurley, the principal, the entire commerce department staff, and 52 students were present during the visit. The educational tour was visited on May 18, 2022.
