INVESTMENT AWARENESS AND FINANCIAL LITERACY

One day workshop on Investment Awareness and Financial Literacy has been successfully organised on 28/12/2022. The workshop was organised by Department of Mathematics and IQAC in collaboration with HDFC Mutual Funds. Mr. Mohan Jangid and Mr. Nirav Joshi were the resource person of the workshop. The workshop was chaired by president shri. Lunkaranji Chitlange, shri. Badriprasadji Jaiswal of shri Durga Shikshan Sanastha, Prof. Ishwar M. Mohurley Sir, Principal SSJC, Dr. K.J. Sibi, IQAC co-ordinator, Mr. M.D. Dhuratkar, Convener of workshop.
The above present honourable dignities have share their views and opinion on Investment and Financial literacy. Resource persons have given in-depth analysis of various investment options available. They had also explain the working of share market, mutual funds, types of mutual funds, wealth management, risk factor involved, SIP, SWP, etc. How to create wealth and manage your expenses, how to beat inflation, etc. those burning topics of current financial situation were discussed. The head of the institution Prof. Ishwar S. Mohurley in his concluding speech pointed out the importance of Financial Literacy in today’s ongoing educaion process, he also motivated the participants to share the knowledge on investment gain from the workshop with family, friends and relatives.
