Organised by Internal Quality Assurance cell (1QAC) in Collaboration with the department of commerce
A three-day workshop was organized in our college on Entrepreneurship Development and Opportunities in Commerce in association with Faculty of Commerce and Internal Quality Assurance Cell. In this three-day workshop, lectures by experts on various topics were organized for the all-round development of the students, apart from studies and teaching.
1The workshop was inaugurated on 1st October 2022 on Saturday from 9.30 am to 10.30 am.
President of Sri Durga Education Institute as the President of the said program Hon. Along with Lunkaranji Chitlange, Dr. Rajesh Singh, Director Innovation and Companionship Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University Nagpur as well as Dr. Devdutt Tare Assistant Professor Department of Commerce, Gondwana University Gadchiroli as the Chief Guest. Mr. Badriprasadji Jaiswal Institute Vice President along with the Principal of the College were present as special guests. Dr. Ishwar Mohurle Sir IQAC Co-ordinator Dr. KJ Sivi Sir, Head of Department of Commerce Prof. Dr. PS Dange Sir were present Prof. Dr. RM Chandak of Faculty of Commerce, Prof. Dr. S. B. Borkar, Mr. S. D. Rakhde, faculty and non-teaching staff of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences and all the students of the Faculty of Commerce attended the workshop presented.
The first session of the workshop was held between 11.00 and 12.30. Rajesh Singh, Director, Innovation, Research and Companionship, Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur, guided the Commerce students on Start Up. They have to decide the Mission, Vision, Grade and Management and marketing strategies for how the Business Plan should be in case of Start Up under their guidance.
Location, Legal Structure including Proprietorship, funding and Risk and sustainability have to be considered for the place where the business is to be started. He stated the benefits of this as follows.

Central Government should make self employment through Start Up and provide employment to others through Start Up so that students can contribute to their own development and the development of the country. Sir gave good guidance to the students on an important topic.
The second session of the workshop in the program sheet dated 1st October 2022 was held between 11.00 am to 12.30 pm. The keynote speaker of the second session was Dr. Devdutt Tare, Assistant Professor Commerce Department of Post Graduate Education Godwana University Gondwana, Gadchiroli was. So the president of said council Dr. Satish Borkar Assistant Professor S. S. It was Jaiswal College Arjuni/Morgaon. In this session, the keynote speaker “Opportunities in Commerce” guided the students of commerce department on how opportunities are available in commerce. In your guidance Introduction (1) What is opportunity? (2) Why Commerce? (3)Entrepreneurship? But why ……………………………………………………………………………. ? Information about (1) Commerce is

The third session of the workshop in the program dated 1st October 2022. The keynote speaker of this session was Prof. Laxmikant Kapgate, Assistant Professor (Department of English) S. S. Jaiswal College Arjuni/Mor, Dr Ashish Kawle as Chairman, Assistant Professor Department of Chemistry, S. S. Jaiswal College was Arjuni/Morgaon. The keynote speaker’s topic was Soft Skill. While guiding the commerce students on this subject, he made some important points(SAGE) S- Socializing, A- Association, G- Governing.

The first session started on Sunday 2nd October 2022 from 9.30 am to 11.00 am. The keynote speaker of the first session was Shri. Pankaj Mundada (CA) Bhandara, along with Dr. Motilal Darve, Department of Geography, S. S. Jaiswal College Arjuni/Morgaon,
Mr. Pankaj Mundada (CA) introduced the topic Tricks of Account and guided the students. In his guidance, he explained to the students about Tricks of Account as follows.

The second session started between 11.00 and The second session was graced by Mr. Pankaj Mudda (CA) Bhandara as the keynote speaker and Dr. Motilal Darve as the chairman. The topic of the second session was Income Tax and GST.

The students of commerce department were given detailed guidance on income tax on the presented topic.
So GST The students were informed about how Central Government and State Government levy Goods Services Tax.
The presidential address was delivered by Dr M R Darve and the second session concluded.
The third session was from 1.30 to 3.00 pm. The keynote speaker of the third session was Dr. Anil Kumar Daryani, Gondia while Dr. S.K. Sharad Meshram, Marathi Department S.S. Jaiswal College Arjuni/More were these.
The main topic of the third session was Success Mantra. Through Success Mantra, Dr. Anil Kumar Daryani provided thorough guidance. Also the fourth session is between 3.30 and 5.00. Dr. Anilkumar Darya regularized the fourteen sessions and guided the students on the presented topic. The presidential speech of both sessions. Sharad Meshram did and the third and fourth session ended.
The first session started on Monday 3 October 2022 from 9.30 am to 11.30 am. The keynote speaker of the first session was Dr. Arupati was a nameless madam. Their topic was Interview Technique

President of the said program Dr. By Dwarpal Chaudhary Assistant Professor Department of Physics The presidential address was delivered and the first session ended.
The second session was held on the same day between 11.30 am and 12.30 pm. Surendra Jichkar, former principal, Dhanwate College, Nagpur; Nitin Vilayatkar, Assistant Professor SS Jaiswal College Arjuni/Mor.
The topic of the session presented was Marketing. On this Dr. Surendra Jichkar sir briefed the students Guided.
