He has been an assistant professor and the head of the mathematics department since 2017. He is a certified master trainer for effective teaching for science and mathematics undergraduate teachers certified by IISER Pune and MSFDA. His area of interest is real analysis, modern algebra, linear algebra, and differential equations.
