She has been working as an assistant professor in English since April 2023. She has submitted her PhD thesis on the topic “Life and Culture of Tribal People as reflected in the works to Mamang Dai’s The Legends of Pensama and Gopinath Mohanty’s Paraja” from Sant Gadgebaba Amaravati University, Amaravati. She has also qualified MH-SET examination. Before entering the institute, she taught English at the UG level for two years.
